Billing
Use Billing to review your subscription, payment method, and invoices.
No login required. Opens in one click.


Subscription
The Subscription section shows:
- Status — Free trial (during the trial), Active (paying), Past due (a payment failed), or Inactive (trial ended without payment).
- Trial ends — the date your trial expires (only shown during the trial).
- Price — the current price for the workspace. See the pricing page for current plan details.
Payment method
Add a card with Add payment method, or Replace the one on file. Card details are entered in Stripe's hosted payment form.
Remove takes the card off file. If there is no card available for a future charge, the workspace can move to Past due.
Invoices
The Invoices section lists every billing period with dates, amount, and payment status — Paid, Failed, or Pending.
Common questions
My trial is about to end and I haven't added a card. Add one before the trial ends if you want the workspace to stay active after the trial.
A charge failed. The subscription status shows Past due. Replace the payment method so the workspace has a valid card on file.
Why am I being charged $X this month? Compare the invoice line items with the people listed on the Staff page. If the number looks wrong, review non-owner staff first.
